We create website with customers provided
text, graphics, logos, artwork, and
information. Alco Web Design LLC can
not be held responsible of any copyright
infringement resulting of the use of such
customers provided text, graphics, logos,
artwork, and information.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Alco Web Design LLC be
liable for any damages including, but not
limited to, direct, indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages or
other losses arising out of the use of or
inability of our clients to use their
website. All website design work is
provided as is without warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied. Please
always verify our work.
Ownership of Files
Our clients pay for our work by the hour,
by the page, or as a fixed price. As a
result, they completely own all output of
our effort as soon as they have paid any
outstanding balance. Website source codes
are available to customers upon request.
Initial payment
Until we receive an initial payment, we
assume that potential customers are still
shopping around. Initial payments are a
client's way of telling us they've decided
to work with us. They are required prior
to the start of the work.
