To all, Musky Mania 28 is in the books and despite some pretty ugly weather especially on Saturday, the hardy bunch of fisherman did not allow Mr. Musky to win. Thanks to all who participated again, in spite of the snow, wind, cold, etc., hopefully folks had a good time and can look forward to MM29 in the warm balmy weather of June of 2002.

Note: All fish were released to grow and fight another day, great job by everyone and hope to see all at MM29 next year in the Spring. Thanks again to "Musky Pete" for his donation of the Petertails for the big fish of the day bait. I would appreciate any feedback you might have on Stone Lake Resort accommodations, in case we might want to go back there for another outing, thanks.

All, just to let everyone know that after double checking the floating ruler that was used to measure Gary's fish, the actual length of the fish is 47 1/8", for registration purposes/engraving on the plaque that is what will be recorded. The good news is that his fish was actually larger, the bad news is it will cost him more for his repro.
